Santo Domingo Restaurant

Santo Domingo Restaurant, designed by Alejandra Pombo, combines classical inspiration with contemporary language to create a sophisticated, dynamic space in the heart of Madrid. The interior design proposal stands out for its rich materials, enveloping lighting, and a carefully curated composition of decorative elements that bring identity and character to the setting.

The acoustic treatment is naturally integrated into the architecture through ECOcero’s ECObasic Custom system, applied to the ceiling as a bespoke sound-absorbing solution. Made from recycled PET, these panels help reduce reverberation and improve acoustic comfort in a high-activity dining space, maintaining the balance between functionality and design.

The result is an immersive, well-balanced restaurant where acoustics, interior design, and the dining experience coexist in harmony.
