UTAMED Málaga
The UTAMED campus in Málaga has been designed as a contemporary and flexible environment, aimed at fostering new ways of learning, collaboration, and gathering. The project combines open architecture, natural materials, and technical solutions that bring identity and functionality to the building’s various spaces.
Acoustic conditioning incorporates ECOcero solutions through the Cloud Circular model, suspended baffles, and Tulipas, integrated into ceilings and common areas as sound-absorbing elements with great visual impact. Made from recycled PET, these systems help reduce reverberation and improve acoustic comfort in open, high-activity collaborative spaces.
The acoustic solutions not only optimize sound quality but also reinforce the project’s industrial and contemporary aesthetic, adding rhythm, texture, and dynamism to the interior architecture.
The result is an innovative campus where design, sustainability, and well-being coexist to create more comfortable, functional, and human-centered educational spaces.
