Elastic Offices

In the Elastic offices, designed by Area Zero, various acoustic solutions made from RTF (Recycled Textile Fibre)—a recycled textile fiber material with 75% certified post-consumer recycled content—are integrated into the architecture to meet the specific needs of each work zone. The Baffle model creates suspended compositions in open-plan work areas, forming a dynamic ceiling that complements the workstation layout and contributes to acoustic comfort.

On the walls, V-Cut introduces graphic compositions through machining on the RTF surface, transforming acoustic treatment into a decorative resource integrated into the interior design. The Print model allows for the incorporation of large-format custom designs in common areas, while Quadrilateral is installed on the ceiling of meeting rooms using a geometric structure that enhances acoustic conditioning without compromising the space’s visual identity.

Area Zero’s project demonstrates how different RTF acoustic solutions can coexist within the same office, adapting to work, meeting, and gathering spaces through a common language of design, material, and acoustics.
